Refund policy

No refunds will be given once the files are delivered to you. We will ensure that you receive the proper files if you have trouble downloading. Also, if you encounter any errors, we will fix the theme for you. All sales final!

Support

Support is included for the theme only and not WordPress in general. You will get access to a private forum to get help for all your questions related to the theme as well as documents and tutorials. We will help you personally get your site up and running. We also provide additional services to meet your needs, including installation and customization.
